Vocabulary:
entrepreneur: (n.) a person who sets up a business
switch off: (v.) relax / toddler: (n.) a very young child who has recently begun walking / pack a punch: (v.) have a strong impact
fiery: (adj.) causing a burning feeling in the mouth
scaling: (n.) (in this case) growing
turnover: (n.) the amount received in sales over a period
feasible: (adj.) practical or realistic
bridge the gap: (v.) create a connection between two separate things.
