A Vietnamese couple were recently arrested for performing unlicensed cosmetic surgery from their home near Tokyo. The couple apparently performed various procedures including lip filler injections amongst other things.
The couple studied online and had family members who were trained doctors with whom they consulted.
As of now, no health problems have been reported by their patients.
What are your thoughts on this? Should the couple be punished harshly?
