This week we will be studying 'Who' & 'Whose'
The topic for this week is: Events
Part 3 Roleplay:
Plan an event / Decide which event to go to / Plan a leaving party in Kyoto
How often you talk to yourself / What makes you laugh so much / If you can patiently wait for something / Where you last went by car / If you think going bald is not okay, and men should wear a wig if they do / If there are other countries cultures that you have adopted
What image comes to mind when you think of hip hop / If you would consider any time in your life a 'golden age', and if it's yet to come, when your 'golden age' will be / Tell the class about one of your all-time favorite artists
Three leopards escaped from Hangzhou Safari – a Chinese zoo – but the zoo initially denied all involvement with the cats that were roaming the local area. However, in secret they were frantically searching for the animals. Eventually taking one peacefully with a tranquilizer dart and another violently with dogs, whilst the third managed to remain elusive. The zoo went as far as using over 990 drones as well as 100 chickens as bait
What would you do if you encountered one of these leopards in the street? / What’s your opinion on zoos in general or more specifically Kyoto Zoo?
Ironically the hunting industry has brought some animals back from extinction as they breed more to be hunted. What do you think about this? / Have you ever been on a safari? / Are you an animal person / How would you feel if you lived in a box and had children gawking at you all day?
Debate Option: Zoos are unethical and should not be open to the public.
