Technical support calls are a vital part of customer service in many industries. These interactions aim to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Part 1: Listening Challenge

The technical support call features a number of common phrases and terms used in of troubleshooting calls; some of this vocabulary is defined the conversation. Listen and fill in the blanks.

Vocabulary:
troubleshooting: (n.) analyse and solve problems
Bluetooth: (n.) short range wireless connection among phones, computers, and so on
sync: (v.) short for synchronise; in this case to make two items of technology connect and work together
model number: (n.) a unique identifying number given to each product made by the manufacturer
pair: (n.) wirelessly connect an electronic device to another
reboot: (v.) restart a computer.
