The list on the handout contains a number of phrases, some of which are inappropriate for use in work emails. Read each phrase, and beside each one, write a check ✓ for appropriate language, and a cross ✗ for inappropriate language.

Write two emails: one to your boss and one to your co-worker. Consider the differences in the tone and formality required when drafting them.
