romanticize: (v.) treat or portray something as much more dramatic and positive than it actually is
prime (someone): (v.) prepare someone for a situation by giving them the necessary tools
highlight reel: (n.) a collection of videos showing the best moments of something, like a soccer match, a tv show’s episode, etc.

Part 2: Advantages
We are going to talk about how main character syndrome can make you a more arrogant, attention-seeking person. But what are some of the advantages of seeing yourself as the main character of your life?
