candidate (n.): someone who applied or is being considered for a job or position
loyal (adj.): faithful to a person, company, or other group
screening (n.): a process of carefully examining or selecting
HR – Human Resources (n.): the department of a company that handles staff
exception (n.): something that is different from the usual rule or way
saying (n.): a commonly used set phrase (often with some wisdom in it)
literally (adv.): exactly as the words say
relative (adj.): in relation/when compared to something or someone else
on the other hand (idiom): by contrast; differently from the one before
honorific (n.): a word that shows added respect
subordinate (n.): someone of lower rank who works under someone else
