In short, an executive summary is a brief outline of your entire business plan. Therefore, it’s essential to your business plan and the part where you grab your reader’s attention. So, your executive summary should be well-written and clear. It should also be written in a way that makes a potential investor want to read the entire business plan. It is usually better to write the entire business plan first and then come back to the executive summary. However, writing an entire business plan is a lengthy process, so today we will just focus on the executive summary.
