Lesson: Democratic, Chaotic, and Laissez-faire
This week we are looking at three more different management styles. Like last week, we’ll be focusing on what they are, how they are different and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

forum: (n.) meeting for idea exchange
consultation: (n.) giving and receiving advice

tackle (v.) confront or deal with something
mentor (n.) a trusted adviser.
Part 2: Pros and Cons
After reading the introduction, in pairs make a list of the positive and negative points of each management style.
Part 3: Discussion
Together with your classmates, have a discussion about the management styles introduced in this lesson.
