When I was younger, I used to read many books about Zen Buddhism. I always liked the idea that we are all Buddhas already, but we need practice to realise it.
So as part of my practice, I would take small pieces of wood and keep making cuts until I found a Buddha inside. I don't have to change the wood, only the shape.
Right now, at this very moment, every student at EB has the hidden potential to speak English fluently. With many more small cuts, I'm sure we can all find what we're looking for.
Take your time! Every cut counts!
